Five claims, and the link that shows each one
Nothing here needs typing.
Each step opens the live deployment already asking the right question. The line in red is the thing to look at — everything else on those pages is context.
The guarantee is computed before anything is contacted
A flight that can be cancelled, a hotel that can be refunded, and a visa fee that cannot be taken back. The ladder works out the strongest honest promise across three sites that have never heard of each other, and orders the irreversible step last.
The headline says what it can promise before a single site is called.
Ask for the tripThe commit tool does not exist until a person accepts
Scroll to What the agent can reach, right now. Five read-only tools, and
concord_commit struck through beneath them. The agent has proposed and has
read the guarantee out, and still cannot commit. Click Accept this guarantee and
watch the list gain a sixth entry — that is registerTool, and the click is
the only thing that can cause it.
The line under the list says why the surface is what it is.
Watch the tool arrive or read the measured platform reportTwo things nobody can undo is refused, and nothing is contacted
If the second of two irreversible steps fails, nothing can undo the first. There is no honest promise to make, so none is made — and there is no button on that answer, because a refused plan never registers a commit tool at all.
No Accept button, and concord_commit still absent.
Forged receipts are rejected, and you can fire them yourself
Fourteen genuinely signed receipts, each edited the way a coordinator with a motive
would. Seven of them verified clean until an external audit found it: a coordinator could
delete a charge, relabel the outcome "Committed", and the receipt passed.
Each rejection names what the verifier objected to.
Fire themA receipt verifies where we do not run
Commit in step 2, then use Check it on another origin in the receipt panel. That
origin ships the receipt code and nothing else: no coordinator, no participants, no
WebMCP, and Permissions-Policy: tools=().
“the coordinator is not in that list.”
